Delivery is only applicable to locations within 2km from Toast Box stores from 11am to 7pm. Pick-up is available from 8am to 7pm, except for Waterway Point (9am to 7pm) and Tiong Bahru Plaza (8.30am to 7pm).

The following outlets are open for pick-up only: Tampines Mall, The Rail Mall and Westgate.
