Bamboo Noodles with Rolled Pork Chashu & Pork-Prawn Broth is a cross between Chinese prawn noodle soup and Japanese ramen. The bamboo noodles have a delicious springy texture and the soup which is rich in collagen, contains many different herbs and spices and is cooked for 4 hours.
