Sor Hei is Keong Saik Bakery’s signature pastry and is a tribute to the Majies of Keong Saik Road. Sor Hei, cantonese for 梳起, means combing up and is symbolic of the Majie’s Sor Hei ceremony where they comb up their hair and take a vow of celibacy. The Sor Hei pastry is therefore shaped like a hair bun.
To get your free Sor Hei, simply do the following:

- Show a member of staff in Keong Saik Bakery from 9am onwards that you have completed the previous steps, to redeem your free Sor Hei!
