The Adelphi shopping centre in City Hall has free parking from Monday to Saturday, from 12.30pm to 2.30pm until further notice. This free parking promotion is applicable to all types of vehicles. With other shopping malls such as Funan and Raffles City in the area as well as the National Gallery Singapore, you’ll have plenty of time to stop by those places too!
