Jewel Changi have a new Jewel Privilege Card which entitles you to get exclusive discounts and promotions at participating shopping and dining outlets there, when you present your card. You can collect your free Jewel Privilege Card from now until the 31st March 2021 at the Level 2 Concierge Counter in Jewel Changi.
