Jewel Changi have a free parking promotion where you can get 2 hours of free parking worth $4.80 when you spend $50 ($100 for supermarket) in a single, same day receipt at Jewel attractions, retail and F&B outlets . The offer is valid on Mondays to Thursdays, until the 31st March 2021.
To redeem your free parking reward you need to have the iChangi app and be a Changi Rewards member. If you’re not already a member, you can register here and get a free welcome gift!
The free parking reward is valid for Jewel / Terminal 1 carpark levels B3 to B5 only. It is limited to one redemption per shopper per day and is valid on the day of issuance only. All redemptions are on a first-come, first-served basis while stock lasts. All attractions, retail and F&B outlets within Jewel Changi Airport are participating outlets, except for the following:
YotelAIR Singapore Changi Airport, online purchases including website or app ticket purchases for Jewel Attractions, banks / ATMs / money changers / financial services, SISTIC / AXS / SAM payments, cash card / stored value cards top-up transactions, purchase of gift cards/ topping up of gift cards or loyalty cards, temporary vendors at promotional spaces, e.g. Jewel Atrium and Cloud9 Piazza, lounges, passenger meeting services counters, left-luggage service counters, tour and travel services, online/kiosk purchases with electronic receipts, car rental services, airport shuttle and transportation counters and tobacco products.
How to redeem your free parking reward
If there is a CarPass QR code on your qualifying receipt:
- Scan the QR code on your receipt, which will launch your iChangi app
- Redirect automatically to CarPass module within your iChangi app
- Verify/Input your vehicle license plate number and the IU number returned
- Click “Proceed” to confirm IU number
- Parking rewards will be auto-credited to Changi Rewards member’s account
If there is no CarPass QR code on your qualifying receipt:
- Login to your iChangi app
- Click on “My CarPass” icon on the homepage
- Verify/Input your vehicle license plate number and the IU number returned
- Click “Proceed” to confirm IU number
- Select relevant parking promotion for redemption
- Select “Attach” option to upload an image of receipt
- Key in the receipt details and redeem the parking rewards
2 hours of free parking will be deducted from your parking charges when you exit the carpark. There is no need to remove your cashcard.
