SingapoRewards, a tourist incentive programme launched by The Singapore Tourism Board (STB) is offering complimentary leisure experiences to eligible international travellers visiting Singapore. They have experiences from walking tours, chocolate making workshops and Tiger Brewery tours to dining cruises and encounters with ethereal rays!

To be eligible for SingapoRewards, you have to be a short term visitor to Singapore arriving by flight and you must not have redeemed SingapoRewards previously. You can claim your complimentary experience in four easy steps:

  • Sign up on the Visit Singapore SingapoRewards website
  • Browse experiences that you are interested in and make a booking
  • Verify your arrival in Singapore to receive your ticket
  • Present your ticket at the experience and enjoy! 

A single traveller (18 years old and above) can book for themselves and up to 4 more travellers in their group. For group bookings, every member must have successfully arrived in Singapore in order to receive the tickets. Redemptions are on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability.

Free 2-Hour Bicycle Rental

Explore Singapore on two wheels! Arriving tourists and transit passengers can get a complimentary 2-hour bicycle rental so you can enjoy the great outdoors. Start your ride at GoCycling @ Hub & Spoke at Changi Airport Terminal 2 and the Changi Airport Connector cycling path will link you to Singapore’s park connector network where you can explore outdoor gardens, the Changi Jurassic Mile attraction, beaches along Singapore’s East Coast Park, historical sites at Changi Village and even downtown Marina Bay!

To get your free 2-hour bicycle rental simply make a booking on Changi Playpass through the Changi App by doing the following:

  • Download the Changi Airport App
  • Tap on ‘Free Bicycle Rides’ in the highlights tab
  • Select the date you would like to book a bicycle
  • Answer a few questions to confirm your eligibility
  • Confirm your booking and present the QR code on the date of your ride at GoCycling @ Hub & Spoke in Changi Airport Terminal 2

GoCycling @ Hub & Spoke is open from 10am to 8pm on weekdays and from 9am to 9pm on weekends and public holidays. Valid travel documents will need to be presented at the time of redemption. You can choose from a selection of bicycles for all ages, from mountain bikes to tandem bikes. Offer is available until the 12th November 2024. 

Free Singapore Tour For Transit Passengers

Free Jewel Changi Singapore Walking Tour

If you are transiting through Singapore, you can discover Singapore’s sights and rich heritage with a free 2.5-hour guided tour of Singapore. There are three bus tour itineraries that you can choose from which include two short photo stops at famous landmarks, or you could opt for a walking tour in Jewel Changi Airport to see the world’s tallest indoor waterfall!

To be eligible for a free tour, you have to be a transit or transfer passenger at Changi Airport, your check-in baggage should be through checked to your end destination, your layover period is at least 5.5 hours but less than 24 hours and your flight schedule should fit with the tour timings. Passengers with a non-transit hotel booking are not eligible.

You can pre-book one tour itinerary up to sixty days prior to your intended tour date, or upon arrival you can book your tour at one of the tour booths located in the transit area of Terminal 2, Level 2, Departure Transit Hall (near gate F50) or Terminal 3, Level 2, Departure Transit Hall (near gate A1-A8). The booths are open from 7am to 7pm daily and free tickets are subject to availability.
